Shipping Policy

Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days plus Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time.

Your order will be shipped out within 7-10 business days.

Once order has been processed and ready to ship expect an e-mail with your tracking information.

Personalized Custom Orders will be shipped out within 10-14 business days. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround time.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:
If your order has not arrive be sure to let us know immediately.

First, check your shipping confirmation and verify that your information is correct. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
